M-404 Km. 20, 28971 Griñón (Madrid), Tel.: +34 91 814 05 02, hereby inform the consumers and users of the website of their Private Data Protection Policy in order to enable said users to voluntarily and intentionally provide GRUPSA with requested personal information by any means in relation to the subscription, registration or completion of any online information form.

GRUPSA reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to maintain it up-to-date with legislation in force on data protection. In such cases, GRUPSA shall announce, by means of this website, any modifications with sufficient prior notice to the introduction thereof.  

By accessing this website, the user is not obliged to provide any personal information whatsoever. Should the user provide personal information, the data collected shall be managed lawfully and in strict accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and other implementing regulations. 

Right to information

In accordance with Art.5 of the LOPD, any data you provide will be included in the GRUPSA Client Database, said database being recorded in the General Data Protection Register and being the sole destination of the information provided. The purpose of said database is to manage our client portfolio in order to render the contracted service and the payment thereof, to issue quotes and estimates, and to send commercial information by any means (by post or electronically) concerning the products and services provided by this Company, with your express consent thereto. The entity responsible for said database is GRUPO METAL SYSTEM, S.A., the registered address thereof being Ctra. M-404 Km. 20, 28971 Griñón (Madrid). Users may exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation and objection in writing to the aforementioned address in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Regulation 1/2000, of 1st December, of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, with regard to the aforementioned rights, or otherwise in person and with suitable identification at our headquarters.

Upon request for data, the voluntary or obligatory nature of said data shall be indicated. Refusal to provide data classified as obligatory shall render impossible the provision of the product or service subject to contract. Users providing their own data shall ensure it is up-to-date and likewise inform the entity responsible for the database of any changes to said data.
